Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of in-stock merchandise, we will gladly accept your return up to 30 days from date of purchase (as long as it was not altered from it’s original showcase condition). All returns must be accompanied by a sales slip.

Special Orders or Custom Designs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used, or if payment was made with cash/check a check will be issued. You may also choose to have a store credit issued.

We will guarantee anything we make, repair or sell against defects in material or craftsmanship up to one year from the date of purchase (unless otherwise notated here or in writing to the customer). If a defect is detected, excluding normal wear or abuse, we will repair or replace the mounting free of charge. After one year, repairs may be needed to properly secure diamond and gemstones in the mounting.(Some of the items not guaranteed: glued items, enameling, lead solders, gold or rhodium plating, loss of any prong set stone that has 3 or less prongs, and loss of any stone over ½ ct.)

We do not guarantee that a diamond or gemstone once taken out of our store will not chip, break, scratch, or fracture. No stone, including a diamond, can be guaranteed not to break, chip, scratch, or fracture. We strongly suggest insuring your jewelry.

We accept Cash and Checks, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We have financing options available as well as layaway terms. The Jewel Box Gift Cards are available.
